Exchange & Return Policy

At PRaak, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail — but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with an exchange or return (subject to the conditions below).

How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

  1. Visit the Return or Exchange section on our website.

  2. Enter your Order Number, Email, or Phone Number to locate your order.

  3. Choose whether you’d like to request an Exchange or Return.

  4. Fill in the required details to proceed with your request.

Conditions for Exchange

  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Shipping timelines for exchanged items will follow our Shipping Policy.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

  • You may request an exchange if:

  • An incorrect size was received.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product was damaged upon receipt.

  • A wrong product was delivered.

Non-Eligible Reasons for Exchange

  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

    • Minor imperfections such as loose threads, pen marks, or small external marks.

    • Slight color variations (10–12%) due to differences in screen resolution or lighting.

Product Condition for Exchange

  • To be eligible for an exchange or return:

    • All tags must be intact and the product must be in its original packaging along with the invoice.

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

Quality Inspection

  • Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the item passes inspection.
  • If the product fails quality inspection, it will be sent back to you.

Exchange Limit

  • Only one exchange per item is allowed.

Shipping & Charges

  • Reverse Pickup Charges

    • ₹200 for any items

    • These charges are applicable even in cases of defective or incorrect products, as the service is handled by a third-party provider.

     

Shipping Information

  • Once your exchange is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via your registered email ID.

Additional Information

  • Colour Variations
    Slight variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to monitor differences or lighting. These are not considered defects, and exchanges or returns cannot be processed for such variations.

Credit Notes

  • If the product does not meet your expectations, we can issue either an exchange or a credit note valid for three months from the date of issue.
