Orders
Orders placed through our website represent an offer to purchase our products. Once received, our team may contact you for confirmation — especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
An order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email or SMS from PRaak.
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a prepaid shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged at the time of placing the order. This amount is non-refundable in case the courier is refused or not accepted upon delivery, as it covers handling and logistics costs. For prepaid orders, there are no additional shipping charges, and your order will be processed and dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
Our acceptance is conditional upon your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation, Refund & Exchange
At PRaak, each blouse is made to order with precision, craftsmanship, and care.
Due to the custom nature of our process, refunds and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
However, under exceptional circumstances, we may offer:

Credit notes valid for future purchases.
